This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased through our website or directly from our location in West Yorkshire, United Kingdom.

2. Return Period

You may return eligible products within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery or purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and labels intact.

For custom-cut or custom-finished sustainable materials, a different return policy applies as outlined in Section 5.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at info@vommrex.world or call +44 800 088 6835 to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
2. Include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with specific instructions for returning the items, including the return shipping address.
4. Package the items securely in their original packaging if possible.
5. Clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.
6. Ship the package to the provided address using a tracked shipping method.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).

4. Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.

4.1 Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's policies. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5.1 Natural Variations

Please note that sustainable materials such as reclaimed wood, bamboo, and cork feature natural variations in color, grain, and texture. These variations are inherent characteristics of natural products and are not considered defects. Returns based solely on natural variations that were properly disclosed in product descriptions will not be accepted.

5.2 Custom Materials

Custom-cut or custom-finished sustainable materials (including those treated with natural oils or stains) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please review product specifications carefully before placing a custom order.

5.3 Material Samples

Small samples of sustainable materials purchased for testing or comparison purposes are non-returnable once opened or used.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our expense. Do not discard the original packaging until the return process is complete, as we may request that you return the damaged item.
